Rates include: free transfers to / from Vancouver Airport area, Liability and Limited Accident Insurance Cover (excess of $7500, which can be reduced to $500 by purchasing a CDR Package), public liability insurance up to a limit of $5 million CAD. Supplier offers fee transfers to / from International Airport Terminals and airport area hotels for rentals of 10 days or longer, for any rentals less than 10 days, the transfer service will cost $100 per rental for up to 4 passengers. Please also note no transfers provided after 1:00 pm. Overseas must overnight before picking-up their rental. These rates do not have any daily kms included but these can be pre-purchased at discounted rates during the booking process
VC Van Conversion

Rates include: Fees for additional drivers if needed, standard insurance with CAD$5 000 000 public liability cover and a damage liability of CAD$7500 which can be reduced through the purchasing of additional cover, (Please note CDR with a deductible of CAD$1500 will be included in base rental rate for travel from 2010), road maps and tour information, 24hrs roadside assistance, luggage storage for the duration of your trip. The base rate does not come with any free kilometers. Pre paid kilometer packages can be purchased at a discounted rate or kilometers can be paid at the end of your rental at a rate of $0.37 per km. Please be aware that if you require a pick up or drop off transfer service from designated Toronto Airport area hotels or Downtown area hotels to the physical depot this comes at an additional charge of $75. Transfers are available back to Toronto Airport Terminal as well as Airport and Downtown Area Hotels. Please also note that Downtown Hotel pick up and drop off on Mondays only. International customers must overnight in a hotel before picking up their vehicle.
